Have you made your 2019 golf destination list?

We are now a week into 2019 and the New Year’s resolutions planning is in full swing, writes Teeofftimes Market Sales Manager Stevie Brown. Whether it’s health and fitness, career, holiday or relationship goals – those lists are being created. But have you ever made a list of golf courses you would like to play in the next 12 months?
I personally write a list of courses I’d like to play each year and do my very best to fulfil it. In saying that, St Andrews Old Course, Royal Troon and Turnberry seem to roll over each year, but hopefully I can tick them off eventually.
January is notorious for a rise in health and fitness with people joining gyms, buying home workout programs or trying the new diet fad. But the physical and mental health benefits of a round of golf are sometimes overlooked. It’s hard to find something better than spending 3-4 hours outside in the fresh air walking a quality golf course with three of your friends or family, hitting some great golf shots… or in my case, some very average shots.
Teeofftimes by GolfNow advertise hundreds of golf courses in the UK and Ireland so grab your mates and get planning your 2019 list.  Below are some suggestions of quality golf courses you can find on Teeofftimes by GolfNow in the North East of England and Scotland to help get you started.
