Golf’s shoulder season

As we move into what is widely accepted as the golfing shoulder season, the keen amateur golfer will be looking to squeeze in as much golf as possible before daylight dwindles. Additionally, courses offer more attractive rates as they look to bridge the gap between summer and winter.

Over these “shoulder months” many courses are still in great condition, and there is usually still plenty of favourable weather to take advantage of.

In Scotland, we have certainly seen a shift in weather patterns over the past few years, often experiencing “Indian summers” and milder winters – not that we want to jinx anything this year!

Golf’s shoulder season offers incredible value for your money, providing a great opportunity for golfers to play some fantastic courses at very attractive rates.
