Easily accessible from London, and with a network of motorways, there’s no reason to miss out on the wonderful golf courses that England’s oldest county has to offer.

Take a look at just a few of the top tracks nearby …

Darenth Valley

Nestled on the outside of the picturesque village of Shoreham, Darenth Valley Golf Club sits within an “area of outstanding natural beauty.” Darenth Valley offers a range of facilities and services with an 18-hole course that’s playable all year round, private function rooms and onsite accommodations. With a recent change in management, Darenth Valley is going from strength to strength, and with easy access via the M25, this undulating par-72 course is not to be missed.

Chart Hills

Chart Hills is an award-winning course designed by Sir Nick Faldo. Widely recognised for challenging golfers with over 130 bunkers, Chart Hills Golf Course must be carefully negotiated. The course is defended by clever use of water, but the greens are the stand-out feature; in summer the greens are so fast that they are akin to putting on glass. One of many signature holes is the 17th hole – a short par 3 with an island green. Chart Hills it is 100% Recommended on Golf Advisor.

Weald Of Kent

A firm favourite of Teeofftimes.co.uk customers, the Weald of Kent is a beautifully maintained parkland golf course. Set in the rolling Kent countryside with far-reaching views, the club is just a short drive from Maidstone and Ashford. Golf Manager Matt Pickard takes huge pride in the club and ensures that visitors receive a very warm welcome. Accuracy rather than length are the key ingredients to scoring well at Weald Of Kent.

Corinthian Golf Club (9 Hole)

New to Teeofftimes.co.uk, Corinthian Golf Club has made a very big entrance. Quickly establishing itself as one of the best nine-hole courses in the county, this hidden gem’s secret is out of the bag now! Sister club to the very popular Redlibbets Golf Club and managed by the same golf team, Corinthians offers nine holes with 18 tees, set in a peaceful and unspoilt location just south of Dartford. The course has had a complete overhaul with new greens, grading and re-shaping, and “70DollaBill” on GolfAdvisor shares, “What a great challenge this course represents, it may only be a nine-hole course, but with different tee boxes for the second nine this gives the hole a different aspect every time.
